Ralston Pie/Bar Baking Contest & Social

We’re hosting Ralston’s Pie/Bar Baking Contest and Ice Cream Social, and we’d love for you to be part of it! Come help raise funds for Sneakers 4 Students while serving and connecting with our community during this fun-filled event. There are several opportunities to serve throughout the day, including receiving pie and bar entries, helping with decorating, serving up pie, bars, and ice cream, and assisting with clean-up—there’s a place for you to shine and make a difference! Volunteer for one time slot or several, whatever works best for you!

 Pie Drop‑Off Volunteers (9:45 AM – 3:00 PM)

Help welcome bakers, receive incoming pies and bars, label entries, and guide participants through the check‑in process. 90-minute shifts available.

 Set‑Up Crew — Tables & Decorations (2:00 PM)

Help transform the space for the Pie/Bar and Ice Cream Social by arranging tables, setting up décor, and preparing the serving area.

️ Food Set‑Up Team (4:00 -5:30PM)

Assist with organizing pies and bars, setting out ice cream, prepping serving stations, and making sure everything is ready for guests.

 Pie/Bar & Ice Cream Serving / Sale Team (5:00-8:00PM)

Help serve pie and bars, scoop ice cream, manage the sale table, and keep the line moving with a warm smile.

 Clean‑Up Crew (7:30 PM)

Help pack up supplies, clear tables, wipe down surfaces, and restore the space after a great community evening!
